The Heroic-King Osteras is the strongest and most dangerous Jurakin in the Death-Tide underwater kingdom. Lord of sea and lakes, he claim to be the chosen of Holmuran, the god of water. He seek to overwhelm the surface reigns like a tsunami, conquering cities and settlement to purge them from the unholy humans.
